OUR FIRM 

I started the Koberlein Law Firm in 2018 after working as an associate attorney for about eight years. My hope has been to develop business relationships with people and become a trusted legal advisor and friend. My interests in the legal field are Business Law, Real Estate Law, Family Law, and Estate Planning in Gilbert, AZ.

Estate Planning

I developed an interest in estate planning because I worked with financial advisors and others in the financial field and found that this is a real need for people. I heard too many sad stories of homes going to probate or siblings fighting over family assets and wanted to be able to help people plan for the distribution of their wealth through wills and trusts, so that it would be less likely that they would have discord among family members and more likely that their assets would be maximized.

Business Law

I have always been interested in business. My senior project in high school was building a business and providing a  presentation on my residual income business. I have taken that passion for business and have been able to help people with business formation, contracts and, in the event of disputes, business litigation and contract disputes.

Real Estate Law

Real estate has also been a longtime interest of mine. Each time my wife and I have purchased a home, we have struggled to make a decision because we both have opinions on what would be best. We have been fortunate to always make the best choice for our family. I have taken that desire in real estate and been able to help individuals avoid the costliness of litigation through transfer of property. Other times it is inevitable that there is going to be a dispute, so a court-ordered real estate partition is appropriate. I draft, review and negotiate commercial leases for landlords and tenant, and help landlords and tenants through disputes as well.
